2. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the website, the purchase of products through it, and the commercial relationship between the user and Cielo Hamacas. By making a purchase, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
3. Products and Availability
We offer hammocks and accessories displayed on the site with clear descriptions, prices in Mexican pesos, and taxes included. Images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Purchase Process
Purchases are made by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and completing the payment. The contract is formalized when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing or stock errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include VAT. We accept bank cards, transfers, and other payment methods indicated during the purchase process. Payment is processed upon order confirmation. You can request an invoice by providing your RFC (Mexican Tax ID) at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico. The cost and delivery time are displayed before you finalize your purchase. In case of delays beyond our control, we will notify you. The risk is transferred upon receipt of the product.
7. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 5 business days of delivery, in accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC). The product must be unused and in its original condition. In case of a defect or error, you can request an exchange or a full refund. Write to us at info@cielohamacas.com.mx to begin the process.
8. Warranties
Our products have a minimum 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. To claim the warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase.

10. Privacy

13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, without prejudice to the consumer's rights before PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency).
