Our network is made up of 90% Maya women who weave from their homes, allowing them to earn a fair income, care for their children, and avoid costly travel. Many face barriers such as illiteracy or speaking only Maya. That’s why we developed a comprehensive support model that not only honors their craft but also fosters their personal growth.

We created the SHE Network (Sustainable Holistic Empowerment) — an award-winning model that merges ethical business with real social impact. Our holistic vision allows us to generate dignified jobs while improving the quality of life in our communities through our nonprofit organization, Cielo Foundation.

Through the foundation, we’ve provided scholarships, promoted community health, and supported education in marginalized areas. We believe true empowerment begins with economic independence, which is why we work directly with artisan families, cutting out intermediaries and building a more equitable value chain.

Southern Mexico — especially Yucatán — faces deep inequalities, but it is also a land of living culture, talent, and ancestral wisdom. We’re proud to contribute to positive change from our roots.
